Dumb thief 2

Some thieves are really dumb. I walked up to my Jeep this morning and the plastic window was unzipped and when I opened my door the faceplate from my stereo was sitting on my seat and there were little pieces of broken plastic and bent metal all over my car. My glove box was also wide open. The dumb thieves took a metal object or screwdriver trying to remove my stereo, but they apparently were too dumb to get it out, so now I’m stuck with a broken plastic dashboard, my stereo is bent cracked and on an angle. So in order to get the faceplate back on the stereo I had to bend some metal out of the way so it would go back on. Thankfully the stereo still works, but everything is in shambles and bent.

Here’s a tip, if you’re going to steal something, at least know how to remove a stereo. Don’t just bend and crack everything and then leave me with a big mess.

There are two things that are gratifying for me about this incident: 1) The idiot at least wasn’t dumb enough to cut the plastic window, he at least knew to unzip it. 2) It feels good to know that when he searched through my glove box he had to sift through my dirty used kleenex tissues. I hope he washed his hands after ;).

Reading #2 made me laugh. Sorry about the inconvenience that I’m sure you’ll have to experience in the aftermath of this incident.
