Toilet memo 1

I’ve had memos placed on my desk; I’ve had memos sent in the mail. I’ve even seen a local pizza parlour called “Pizza Memo”. But today was the first time I’ve ever seen a toilet memo at work. I’m not talking about those advertising posters they place above the urinals to keep us entertained while we’re taking a leak. I’m talking about a Microsoft Word document printed and posted in each stall.

Apparently someone at work was fed up with people drizzling on the toilet seats, so he printed out a sign and placed it on the wall right above the toilet in both of the 2 stalls. The sign read:

PLEASE DO NOT PISS ON THE TOILET SEAT.
IT IS:

  • UNHYGIENIC
  • DISGUSTING
  • UNCIVILIZED
  • AND IT SHOWS DISRESPECT TO YOUR COLLEAGUES

    Thank You!

Let’s not forget that this is a professional office setting, unlike a garage bathroom where mechanics put posters of naked girls on the wall. So this guy had some balls to put up these posters. He must have snuck them in there discreetly to keep it on the low. I suspect he did it around lunchtime today. At lunchtime on a Friday, you can be sure that the office will be mostly empty.

Too funny. I did not think he would go as far as putting up signs. Come by my desk Monday and I will tell you who it is 🙂
