I’m all ready for my first triathlon. Here are some of my preparations for tomorrow.
- Read the Beginner’s guide to triathlons
- No shaving until after the race (It’s been over a week)
- Bought a new bike and swimming goggles
- Warmed up with a 30KM bike ride earlier this evening
- Pasta for a late dinner tonight
- 7 hours of sleep (In bed by 10, up at 5)
- Powerbar for breakfast tomorrow
- Gameface is now on
