A buddy who just moved away from Toronto sold me his home-made bar unit. So instead of going out to the bar, I can hang out at my new bar in the comfort of my own apartment. It suits my apartment very well; almost as if he built it for my apartment. It has a lot of character, and I expect it to be well utilized. He also included a Co2 tank, bar fridge, 2 taps, a bunch of obscure bottles of liquor, glasses and even a dartboard.
I’ve been eating my dinners at my bar, hanging out with friends, and even working on my laptop at the bar. I’ve been spending too much time at the bar.
Below are a couple pictures of my new bar. I promised him I’d take good care of it. He was looking for a good home for his bar almost as if it was his pet.
I’m not sure what is more impressive, the bar with taps or the cases of beer stacked in the back. Nah, the bar wins out. Look at that view! I’d spend a lot of time at the bar as well.
