Clubbing Cabbie

On Saturday night Han and I were in a cab after the 311 and Rebel Emergency concert, and we were fortunate to be taxied by a very unique and entertaining cab driver. He was probably somewhere in his forties, slightly chubby and appeared to be of East Indian descent. The music he was playing in his taxi were rap songs that you’d expect to hear at a dance club. He had a mixed cd and was flipping through the clubbing songs. When he noticed that we were getting into the music he pumped it up really loud and started waving his hands in the air to the beat. He was so pumped up that he was swerving around cars, timing the green lights and driving his car with his knees while swinging his hands out the window to the beat.

He was 100% the funniest cab driver I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I left him a nice tip for the entertainment value and I’d definitely pay to see it all again.
